Acta Marine has placed an order for the construction of two new crewboats. The two identical aluminium vessels of 13.5 m. length will be capable of transporting up to 12 persons with a speed of 30 knots.
The vessels are of proven design and are being built in the Netherlands with classification by Bureau Veritas. Delivery of both units is planned for end of May 2009.
It came to our attention that fraudsters are contacting individuals, posing as employees of Acta Marine, offering various attractive vacancies in the marine industry. They extort personal data and attempt to scam by asking for money before applying to the vacancy. Acta Marine and their third-party manning agents will never ask you to transfer money to apply to one of our vacancies.
